Step #1 We carefully spray your old yard with Round Up. This will kill all existing grasses and weeds “from the root up”.

Step #2 We carefully mark each of your sprinkler heads. (preventing any damage)
Step #3 Your old lawn is completely cut up with Our sod cutting machines.
Step #4 Old excess debris then pick up and hauled away.
Step #5 Areas are then hand rack and leveled.
Step #6 Areas are then chemically treated.

Step #7 Certified Grade #1 St. Augustine Floratam or Bahia is Professionally installed.
Step #8 All sodding areas are then carefully rolled (this insure a proper rooting)
Step #9 Your Irrigation System is checked.
Step #10 We return within 30 days and apply a liquid fertilizer and insecticide to the entire sodded area.
